SUMMARY:
The purpose of this item is for the Implementing Committee to receive an update on the EAHCP document with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) approved amendments. Since 2013, eleven amendments or clarifications have been approved. The EAHCP has been updated to include these changes and will be made available online as an Amended EAHCP at <https://www.edwardsaquifer.org/habitat-conservation-plan/>.
The Amended EAHCP will be delivered with tracked changes to the USFWS as an informational memorandum.
