SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a presentation from EAA staff on the General Manager’s 2023 Proposed Operating Budget. Staff will present highlights of the proposed budget at the September 13 board meeting and will discuss the proposed budget in more detail with the Finance/Administrative Committee at the meeting on September 27, and at subsequent meetings. Staff anticipates the board’s approval of the 2023 budget at the November 8 meeting.
