Pettibon; Daniel Maurice Rimkus and Ginger Lynn Rimkus Patterson; Craig K. Garnett and Melissa N. Garnett; and KWSB Property Management LLC for Edwards groundwater withdrawal rights for the Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option in support of the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan, in the total amount of not less than $746,672.90, and not to exceed $2,959,037.06.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the board adopt Resolution and Order No. 05-24-089 of the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board of Directors to approve VISPO forbearance agreements for permitted Edwards groundwater rights between the EAA and: (1) Carnes Farms, Inc.; (2) City of Uvalde; (3) KNJK Family Limited Partnership; (4)Marla Lee Schaefer; (5) Deborah Ann Benke; (6) Ted Allen Sanderlin and Judith Sanderlin Newman; (7) Claudia Ann Sanderlin; (8) Mary E. Pettibon; (9) Daniel Maurice Rimkus and Ginger Lynn Rimkus Patterson; (10) Craig K. Garnett and Melissa N. Garnett; and (11) KWSB Property Management LLC in the total amount of not less than $746,672.90, and not to exceed $2,959,037.06, for the Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option in support of the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan, and authorizing the General Manager to execute the Agreements.
