SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a report from market research firm Reconnaissance Market Research, also known as ReconMR, a Market Research firm headquartered in San Marcos, TX. The Communications and Development Department coordinated and completed an Edwards Aquifer Awareness and Attitudinal Study through ReconMR. The study spanned across the EAA’s jurisdiction to provide insight on what the public knows about the EAA and the Edwards Aquifer system.
The completion of this survey comes over a decade after the EAA’s previous public opinion survey and offers a fresh perspective on the attitudes of the public towards our agency as well as their awareness of the EAA’s mission.
Christian Riepe, ReconMR’s Senior Vice President of Insights & Analytics, will provide a summary of the results.
