RECOMMENDED MOTION:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the submission of the 2023 EAHCP Annual Report to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The Annual Report, which is due to be submitted by March 31, 2024, provides a detailed description of the mitigation and management activities that were conducted throughout the year to accomplish the annual goals of the EAHCP. The Annual Report is attached to this summary.
The Annual Report submittal meets the obligations Condition U of Incidental Take Permit #TE63663A-1.
