SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a briefing from General Counsel regarding Section 1.14 of the EAA Act, including requirements contained therein. A request that an analysis and report on this section of the EAA Act was requested in 2023. Due to the breadth of the analysis, this will be the first of several briefings.
