SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to discuss and review results from the 2022 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. At the October 11 board meeting, the EAA board secretary provided board members a memorandum of the evaluation process and timeline. As discussed at that meeting, all evaluations were to be completed electronically via Survey Monkey by October 31.
At the November 1 meeting, Executive Committee members will review results and consider possible recommendation to the full board at the November 8 meeting.

FISCAL IMPACT:
None at this time. There may be a fiscal impact should the board approve a change in compensation through an amendment to the General Manager's employment agreement.
