The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider a Finance/Administrative Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for August 2022.
Attached to this item is the August 2022 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the meeting on September 27, the Finance/Administrative Committee voted to recommend the board approve payment to Kemp Smith, in the amount of $44,673.10, for legal services for August 2022.
