SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to discuss and review results from the 2021 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. At the November 9 board meeting, the EAA board chairman provided board members a memorandum of the process and timeline for the 2021 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. As discussed at that November 9 meeting, all evaluations were to be completed electronically via the survey monkey link that was sent via email to all board members on November 9.
At the December 7 meeting, Executive Committee members will review results and consider possible recommendation to the full board at the December 14 meeting.

FISCAL IMPACT:
None at this time. There may be a fiscal impact should the board approve a change in compensation through an amendment to the General Manager's employment agreement.
