SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a presentation from EAA staff on the General Manager’s 2022 Proposed Operating Budget. Staff will present highlights of the proposed budget at the September 14 board meeting and will discuss the proposed budget in more detail with the Finance/Administrative Committee at the meeting on September 28, and at subsequent meetings. Staff anticipates the board’s approval of the 2022 budget at the November 9 meeting.
