STAFF RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Executive Committee approve the draft agenda for the September 17, 2021 Board of Directors Work Session.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to consider approval of a draft agenda for the September 17 Board of Directors Work Session to be held at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas. Activities for the board associated with the work session will begin Thursday, September 16. These activities, which will consist of informal tours of the EAA's Field Research Park and Education Outreach Center, will be posted appropriately but do not require committee approval. The more substantive matters for board discussion will occur on Friday, September 17, and are included on the draft formal agenda attached to this agenda item. Also attached is a draft timed agenda for both days.
