RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the board approve the renewal and amendment of Contract No. 20-021-TES between the EAA and ICF Jones and Stokes, Inc., for development and preparation of the EAHCP Annual Report, in an amount not to exceed $56,505, for the period September 15, 2021 through September 14, 2022.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider an EAA staff recommendation to renew and amend Contract No. 20-021-TES between the EAA and ICF Jones and Stokes, Inc., for development and preparation of EAHCP Annual Report.
This contract, originally adopted on October 15, 2020, is for the development and production of the EAHCP Annual Report. This contract renewal is the first of three renewal option periods. The contract renewal term is for the period of September 15, 2021 through September 14, 2022.
In addition to amendments to the contract addressing relevant dates, the contract also includes changes to account for additional meetings and enhancements to the final report graphics. These amendments are highlighted in the letter renewing the original agreement, attached to this agenda item.
At the meeting on August 24, the Aquifer Management Planning Committee voted to recommend the board approve the renewal and amendment of Contract No. 20-021-TES between the EAA and ICF Jones and Stokes, Inc., for development and preparation of the EAHCP Annual Report, in an amount not to exceed $56,505, for the period September 15, 2021 through September 14, 2022.
