None at this time.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a report from EAA staff on the status of the 2021-30 strategic plan currently under development. At the February 9 meeting, the board received a high-level overview of the plan. At the April 13 meeting, staff will provide a more substantive preview of the plan, which will be distributed to the board in the coming weeks. Staff anticipates possible board consideration of the 2021-30 strategic plan at the May 11 meeting.
