Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $46,814.65 for legal services for February 2021.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider a Finance/Administrative Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for February 2021.
Attached to this item is the February 2021 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the March 23 meeting, the Finance/Administrative Committee voted to recommend the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $46,814.65 for legal services for February 2021.
