SUMMARY:
The purpose of this item is for the board to receive a report from EAA staff on the development of the 2021-30 EAA Strategic Plan. This presentation will provide a high-level overview of the content and structure of the Strategic Plan currently under development by staff. The strategic plan document will be formally presented for committee/board consideration and adoption later this year.
