Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $47,025 for legal services for December 2020.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider a Finance/Administrative Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $47,025 for legal services for December 2020. This payment will bring the total spent for legal services to $620,764.56.
At the meeting on January 26, the Finance/Administrative Committee voted to recommend the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $47,025 for legal services for December 2020.

FISCAL IMPACT:
Following an administrative transfer of funds increasing the 2020 budget available for legal services, funding in the amount of $47,025 is available in the 2020 operating budget.
