RECOMMENDED MOTION:
The board may appoint seven individuals to the governing body of the Edwards Aquifer Conservancy.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider seven individuals interested in serving on the governing board of the Edwards Aquifer Conservancy. Appointment to the board will be for a two-year term. Current EAA board members, past EAA board members, and past EAA officers are eligible to serve on the EAC board. Once appointed by the EAA, the individuals serving as EAC board members will elect EAC officers.

This agenda item does not involve the procurement of goods or services by the EAA and, therefore, this section is not applicable.
