Consider election of directors to serve on the EAA Executive Committee.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
The board may make individual nominations to elect two directors to serve on the EAA Executive Committee.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to elect additional directors to serve on the EAA Executive Committee. Section 3.04 of the EAA Bylaws states: "In addition [to officers], two additional directors shall be elected by the Board to serve with the board officers on the Executive Committee…"
Like the officers elected on the previous agenda item, the two directors elected to serve on the Executive Committee will serve two-year terms beginning at the January 10 board meeting.
