SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Ad Hoc Committee to discuss and review results from the 2020 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. At the November 10 board meeting, the EAA board chairman provided board members evaluation forms for the 2020 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. The deadline for members to return completed forms was Monday, November 30, 2020.
At the December 1 meeting, Ad Hoc Committee members will review results and consider possible recommendation to the full board at the December 8 meeting.

This agenda item does not relate to a specific goal within the Strategic Plan, but supports the general EAA mission.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None at this time. Fiscal impact will be determined when board approves an amendment to the General Managers employment agreement.
