SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for EAA staff to update the board on the status of the EAA's legislative planning and on the contents of the EAA's legislative report to the Edwards Aquifer Legislative Oversight Committee - required by recent changes to the EAA Act. In addition, Carriage House Partners will provide a report on interim legislative activities. Both reports are precursors to a discussion on proposed EAA legislative priorities that will be presented to the Executive Committee and to the board for consideration in December.
