SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive the biennial report from the South Central Texas Water Advisory Committee (SCTWAC) on the effectiveness of the Edwards Aquifer Authority. This report is attached to this agenda item. According to the Edwards Aquifer Authority Act, the presiding officer of SCTWAC is to submit a report assessing the effectiveness of the EAA to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the EAA every even-numbered year.
Mr. Gary Middleton, Chairman - South Central Texas Water Advisory Committee, will present the report to the board and will be available to answer questions during the meeting.
