None. This item is for informational purposes only.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this item is for the ad hoc committee to discuss the process to conduct the 2020 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. Attached to this item is a draft of the performance evaluation form for the EAA General Manager. This form is the same as that used for the 2019 process. Also attached is a draft memorandum to the EAA Board from Luana Buckner, EAA Board Chairman that identifies the timeline and milestones for this year’s (2020) evaluation process.

This agenda item does not relate to a specific goal within the Strategic Plan, but supports the general EAA mission.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None at this time. Fiscal impact will be determined when board approves an amendment to the General Managers employment agreement.
