RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve amendments to the City of San Marcos 2020 Funding Application and 2020 Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve amendments to the City of San Marcos 2020 Funding Application to support the Conservation Measures detailed in the amended 2020 Work Plan.
Amendments to the 2020 Work Plan include revisions to the Impervious Cover/Water Quality Protection (EAHCP § 5.7.6) budget with an increase of $30,000 to cover final Phase 1 and Phase 2 channel restoration design costs and bid oversight.
The City of San Marcos 2020 Funding Application and Work Plan are attached.
The City of San Marcos 2020 Funding Application meets the obligations of Article Six of the Funding and Management Agreement.
The amendments to the City of San Marcos 2020 Work Plan meet the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This proposed amendment would increase funding for the Impervious Cover/Water Quality Protection Conservation Measure from $200,000 to $230,000 resulting in a fiscal impact of $30,000.
