RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve amendments to the City of New Braunfels 2020 Funding Application and 2020 Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve amendments to the City of New Braunfels 2020 Funding Application to support the Conservation Measures detailed in the amended 2020 Work Plan.
Amendments to the 2020 Work Plan include revisions to Native Riparian Habitat Restoration (EAHCP § 5.7.1) to include the construction of stabilized walk paths in the design for the restoration project along the New Braunfels Utilities Headwaters facility property.
The 2020 Funding Application amendment is a transfer of $15,000 from the Decaying Vegetation Removal and Dissolved Oxygen Management (EAHCP § 5.2.4) to the Native Riparian Habitat Restoration (EAHCP § 5.7.1) measure to fund the additional construction.
The City of New Braunfels 2020 Funding Application and Work Plan are attached.
The City of New Braunfels 2020 Funding Application meets the obligations of Article Six of the Funding and Management Agreement.
The amendments to the City of New Braunfels 2020 Work Plan meet the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no net fiscal impact.
