SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Finance/Administrative Committee to receive a report from EAA staff on the five-year financial forecast for fiscal years 2021-2025. The financial forecast serves as the foundational information piece to building of the 2021 budget.
At the July 14 meeting, EAA staff presented to the board of directors the five-year financial forecast for fiscal years 2021-2025. Staff is bringing this report to the Finance/Administrative Committee for further discussion and direction.
