SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Research & Technology Committee to receive a report from EAA staff regarding research being conducted at the EAA's Field Research Park. In 2019, the Edwards Aquifer Conservancy (EAC) received the donation of approximately 150 acres of land in northern Bexar County from the City of San Antonio. The EAA subsequently leased the property from the EAC and is currently in the process of converting this property into a site to be used for aquifer-related research, data collection, and related activities. Mr. Mark Hamilton, Executive Director - Aquifer Management Services, will provide the committee with an update of the status of the Field Research Park.
