RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the charge for the Springflow Habitat Protection Work Group.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the Springflow Habitat Protection Work Group charge.
This Work Group was formed as a product of the approval of the VISPO non-routine adaptive management proposal on May 23, 2019 by the Implementing Committee at the Stakeholder Committee’s recommendation.
The Springflow Habitat Protection Work Group will clarify and refine the primary questions for technical evaluations to understand the effects of extended periods of low springflow on Covered Species.
