RECOMMENDED MOTION:

Move the Implementing Committee approve the City of San Marcos amendments to the 2020 Work Plan, specifically the Impervious Cover/Water Quality Protection Conservation Measure (EAHCP § 5.7.6).

SUMMARY:

The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve an amendment to the City of San Marcos 2020 Work Plan Impervious Cover/Water Quality Protection Conservation Measure (EAHCP § 5.7.6) to finalize construction and perform construction management of the Downtown Pond.

The City of San Marcos amended 2020 Work Plan is attached.

This amendment meets the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no net fiscal impact.
