STAFF RECOMMENDED MOTION:

 

None.  This item is for informational purposes only.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The purpose of this item is for the ad hoc committee to discuss the process to conduct the 2019 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. Attached to this item are several example performance evaluations from other entities, as well as the most recent assessment tool for the EAA General Manager, for comparison purposes.

 

Article 1.3 of the General Manager’s employment agreement states that the board shall “…at the end of each year this Agreement is in effect, conduct an evaluation of the General Manager’s performance of his duties under this Agreement.”

This agenda item does not relate to a specific goal within the Strategic Plan, but supports the general EAA mission.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

 

None at this time. Fiscal impact will be determined when board approves an amendment to the General Managers employment agreement.
