RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve amending the 2019 City of San Marcos Work Plan, specifically the Texas wild-rice Enhancement (EAHCP §§ 5.3.1/5.4.1) and Management of Recreation in Key Areas (EAHCP §§ 5.3.8/5.4.2) Conservation Measures.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the City of San Marcos 2019 Work Plan amendments to modify the methodology of Texas wild-rice Enhancement (EAHCP §§ 5.3.1/5.4.1) to include additional removal sites of Hygrophila and planting of Texas wild-rice in Spring Lake; and to add the removal of floating vegetation mats by the Conservation Crew to the Management of Recreation in Key Areas (EAHCP §§ 5.3.8/5.4.2) Conservation Measure.
The amended City of San Marcos 2019 Work Plan is attached.
This amendment meets the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no net fiscal impact.
