STAFF RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Executive Committee approve the draft agenda for the September 10, 2019, technical briefing.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to consider approval of a draft agenda for the September 10, 2019, technical briefing. The technical briefing will consist of a presentation from EAA staff regarding the current status of the EAA's geographic-specific ban on the application of coal tar sealants, including a report on water quality sampling and findings within the aquifer.
Attached is the draft agenda for the technical briefing. This agenda is subject to change by the Executive Committee.
