SUMMARY:
The purpose of this briefing is for the board to receive a presentation from Mr. Jonathan Jennings regarding the efforts of the South Texas Weather Modification Association's Precipitation Enhancement Program. The EAA participates in efforts associated with the STWMA with the intent to enhance the water supply for the EAA region. Mr. Jennings is a meteorologist for the STWMA and works out of the West Texas Weather Modification Association office in San Angelo. A copy of the 2018 Annual Evaluation Report is attached for the board's reference.
