RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the 2020 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the 2020 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan. The annual work plan describes the activities that will be implemented by the Edwards Aquifer Authority throughout the year for each Conservation Measure.
This 2020 Work Plan, which is attached, meets the obligations of the Funding and Management Agreement § 4.4.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the 2020 Work Plan will be determined by the 2020 Funding Application submitted by the Edwards Aquifer Authority in fall 2019.
