RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee direct Scott Storment, EAHCP Program Manager, to submit the necessary documentation to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service based on the approved Nonroutine Adaptive Management Process proposal to modify the Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option Conservation Measure (EAHCP § 5.1.2).
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to direct Scott Storment, EAHCP Program Manager, to submit the necessary documentation to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) based on the approved Nonroutine Adaptive Management Process (AMP) proposal. Following approval, EAHCP staff will coordinate with USFWS to implement the modification to the EAHCP and Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option Conservation Measure (EAHCP § 5.1.2).
This Nonroutine AMP proposal meets the obligations of the Funding and Management Agreement § 7.12.4.c.
