RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the EAHCP Comprehensive Phase II Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the finalized EAHCP Comprehensive Phase II Work Plan. The work plan includes the descriptions of ongoing Phase I Conservation Measures that will be implemented without change for the Phase II period of the EAHCP. Furthermore, this document contains all Program activities to be conducted or managed by the Permittees and Program Manager from January 1, 2020 until expiration of the Incidental Take Permit (2028).
The finalized work plan is a product of the Phase II Work Plan Work Group and several reviews by the EAHCP Science, Implementing, and Stakeholder Committees.
This Comprehensive Phase II Work Plan, which is attached, meets the obligations of the Funding and Management Agreement § 4.3.
