RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Stakeholder Committee direct staff to develop the final Nonroutine Adaptive Management Process (AMP) Stakeholder Report, and authorize the Chair and Vice-Chair to approve the report and to submit it to the EAHCP Implementing Committee.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Stakeholder Committee to approve the development of a Nonroutine AMP Stakeholder Report describing the Stakeholder Committee’s deliberation and approval of the Nonroutine AMP Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option proposal. If the Stakeholder Committee votes to approve the EAHCP Nonroutine AMP proposal considered on the previous agenda item, staff will compile the Stakeholder Report. The Stakeholder Committee may authorize the Chair and Vice-Chair to approve the report and submit it to the Implementing Committee.
This report meets the obligations of the Funding and Management Agreement § 7.12.3.
