None.  This item is for informational purposes only.

 

 

SUMMARY:

 

The purpose of this agenda item is for the Research & Technology Committee to receive a report from EAA staff discussing potential water quality and water quantity enhancement methodologies designed to restore soils and vegetation while functioning to also sequester carbon. This report item is a continuation in a series of reports designed to discuss the different programs and initiatives that the EAA's Aquifer Management Services (AMS) Division. The objective of these reports is to provide the committee with a better understanding of current and historical staff research and data collection and long-term goals designed to contribute to understanding, protecting, and managing the aquifer.
