SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item if for the board to receive a report from EAA staff regarding the subject of the EAA's Conservation Grant Program for 2019.
At the December 11, 2018, board meeting, staff will provide a report on the proposed program and a summary of the program's accomplishments in 2018.

This agenda item does not involve the procurement of goods or services by the EAA and, therefore, this section is not applicable.
