SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Research & Technology Committee to receive report from EAA staff on recent MODFLOW model analyses of EAHCP Conservation Measures. Staff recently completed analyses using the MODFLOW groundwater model to evaluate the effectiveness of EAHCP conservation measures using updated inputs to reflect how the VISPO and ASR forbearance programs are actually being implemented. Staff will present results showing spring flow responses to a repeat drought of record with all EAHCP conservation measures fully implemented.
