RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the board approve payment to Lloyd Gosselink in the amount of $1,997.40 for legal services through April 30, 2018.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider a Finance/Administrative Committee recommendation to approve payment to Lloyd Gosselink in the amount of $1,997.40 for legal services rendered through April 30, 2018, related to representation of Director Don Laffere in his official capacity in the Uvalde County UWCD v. EAA lawsuit.

At the May 22 meeting, the Finance/Administrative Committee voted to recommend the board approve payment to Lloyd Gosselink in the amount of $1,997.40 for legal services through April 30, 2018.
