SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Finance/Administrative Committee to receive a report from EAA staff regarding a proposed price point of $100 per acre-foot for the new ASR Forbearance Agreements. The proposed price point will be considered for approval at the Aquifer Management Planning Committee meeting on April 24. Staff's report will include reasons and justification for the price point and a financial analysis.
