SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a presentation from EAA staff on the General Manager’s 2018 Proposed Operating Budget. Staff will present proposed budget highlights at the September 12 board meeting and will discuss the proposed budget in more detail with the Finance/Administrative Committee at the meeting on September 26, and at subsequent meetings. Staff anticipates the board’s approval of the 2018 budget at the November 14 meeting.
