SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Finance/Administrative Committee to receive the 2017 Second Quarter Investment Report summarizing EAA investment activities for April through June 2017. The investment report is attached to this summary. Article IX (Investment Policy and Investment Strategy) of the EAA Bylaws calls for this report to be provided to the board, not less than quarterly, but within a reasonable time after the end of the reporting period for presentation at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. Because the Committee did not meet in July, the report was distributed to the board at its August meeting. Susan Anderson of Valley View Consulting will present this report.
