Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $83,148.70 for legal services for April 2017.

The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider an Executive Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $83,148.70, for legal services for April 2017.
Attached to this summary is the April legal services invoice summary. Staff will have a complete copy of the invoice available at the June 13 meeting if directors would like to review this information.
At the June 5 meeting, the Executive Committee voted to recommend the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $83,148.70, for legal services for April 2017.
