SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Finance/Administrative Committee to receive a report from EAA staff on the 2017 EAHCP Budget Work Group. The Work Group was formed recently to review the EAHCP budget process and make recommendations to the Implementing Committee to ensure a fiscally responsible program. The Work Group is made up of representatives from the City of San Marcos, the EAA, San Antonio River Authority, EAHCP Stakeholders, San Antonio Water System, and a Member-at-Large. A copy of the work group charge as approved by the Implementing Committee is attached.
