Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $78,348.50, for legal services for March 2017.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider a Finance/Administrative Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith in the amount of $78,348.50, for legal services for March 2017.
Attached to this summary is the March legal services invoice summary. Staff will have a complete copy of the invoice available at the May 9 meeting if directors would like to review this information.
At the April 25 meeting, the Finance/Administrative Committee voted to recommend the board approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for March 2017.
