STAFF RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Executive Committee approve the draft agenda for the February 14, 2017, technical briefing.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to consider approval of a draft agenda for the February 14, 2017, technical briefing. The technical briefing will consist of a presentation regarding New Braunfels Utility's proposed Aquifer Storage and Recovery Project in the Edwards Aquifer Saline Zone and the related draft interlocal cooperation contract which may be considered for approval at the February 14 board meeting.
Attached is the draft agenda for the February 14 technical briefing. This agenda is subject to change by the Executive Committee.
