SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Permits/Enforcement Committee to receive a report from EAA staff regarding annual activities and the current status of EAA water well metering programs. Matters to be discussed include irrigation well metering operations and maintenance, municipal and industrial well annual inspections, annual groundwater use reporting, meter accuracy verification testing, and an update on the Voluntary Automated Meter Reading program.
At the October 25 meeting, staff will present a report and will be prepared to answer related questions from the committee.
