SUMMARY:

 

The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to discuss topics associated with EAA Goal B: Ensure Effective Management of the Edwards Aquifer.  Specifically, staff will brief the board on potential additional rulemaking to occur later in 2016. Such rulemaking could involve changes to the EAA's rules regarding the conversion of base irrigation groundwater due to a change in land use and critical period management.
