SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to discuss topics associated with EAA Goal D: Prevent the Pollution of the Aquifer. Staff will provide an overview of the EAA's draft proposed rule changes and programmatic changes regarding aquifer protection. Draft proposed rules are scheduled to be considered by the Aquifer Management Planning Committee in August for possible consideration by the board in September.
